The crushed-berry scent is so real it’s almost bruising, like pressing your nose into a summer hedgerow after rain. I’ve worn it for two days straight and the willowherb note keeps it from going too sweet, which I really appreciate.
The blackcurrant and tayberry blend hits that perfect line between sweet and sharp, with the willowherb adding a soft, grounding edge I didn't expect. It wears close to the skin but lingers for hours, which is exactly what I want from a collection like this.
The pulp texture from the pestle-and-mortar processing really comes through—it’s thick and almost jammy, with the tannin sweetness lingering on the tongue longer than I expected. The blackcurrant is bold but the willowhe softens it into something genuinely soothing, not just sharp.
